Today was Legs & Back and Ab Ripper X.
First off, I am getting better at Ab Ripper X which I love! I really love the feeling of sore abs and this is one workout that definitely leaves my abs feeling like I got punched in the stomach. What’s awesome is that my lower abs are sore which is a really hard place to work. I love that Ab Ripper X even gets those trouble spots.
Legs & Back…. wow! Those wall squats and single leg wall squats are killers! Legs have always been a problem spot for me- just have the genes to have big legs so I’m always working on them. I have a feeling that this leg workout is exactly what I’ve been looking for! I also know that I’m definitely going to be feeling it tomorrow! I love working my back muscles too. I know that strengthening my back muscles helps my back become stronger which means less pain in the end. I’m soooo looking forward to the summer, tank tops and spaghetti straps!
