Get Back in the Habit

So you were just on vacation or you just got over a sickness.  Either way, you haven’t worked out in at least a week.  Yep- been there!  It’s always hardest to get back into exercise is after you’ve spent a significant amount of time away from it.  The best way to get back on track?  Just dive back in!  Yes, yes, easier said than done!  But it’s true!

It takes 21 days to create a habit.  That’s just 3 weeks.  If you can commit to working for just 21 days, it will become a habit- a good one!  You’ll start to WANT to work out.  You’ll also crave those healthy endorphins that exercise creates.  You’ll have less energy when you DON’T work out and more when you do.  You’ll feel better when you’ve worked out and lazy when you don’t.  Plus, let’s face it, after 21 days you’re going to look pretty darn good!

So just give yourself 21 days…
