






Remember those delicious chicken and bell pepper skewers I grilled up on Memorial Day?
Well, there was so much leftover that I’m able to make other meals from it like this yummy chicken stir-fry!
I used a little sesame oil, garlic, and cumin, then added some edamame, brown rice, warmed up the chicken and peppers, and finished it with a bit of liquid aminos! Yum!!!
