Recipe for PB2 Peanut Butter Cookies:
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp table salt
2 Tbsp honey
1/4 cup water
1 cup PB2 (dry)
3/4 cup whole wheat flour

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a baking sheet with non-fat, no-stick cooking spray.
In a medium-sized bowl, mix together sugars, egg, vanilla, baking soda, salt, honey, water and PB2, beating until smooth. Add flour, beating until mixture is well combined. Dough will be VERY sticky.
Drop Tbsp-sized balls onto prepped baking sheet.  The dough is so sticky that it’s hard to make that signature peanut butter cookie fork mark, but you can try…  Bake cookies for 10 minutes. Remove from oven, and transfer to a rack to cool.

I made these today and they are sooooooo tasty!  I had to share with you guys!
