A lot of people love, love, love cardio, or are obsessed with weight lifting, but they skip over a third important component- flexibility training!
Now, I’m the first to admit that it’s NOT my favorite thing. I’m way too go, go, go to hold poses! Yawn! Haha. Right?!?
That’s why I’ve been so grateful for PiYo Workout! It’s flexibility training for those with workout ADD like me! You’re moving constantly, but still stretching and improving your flexibility! It’s PERFECT!
