Good morning!! Let me be clear… it’s GREAT to start something! I also think starting is often the hardest part… but, you HAVE to keep going!
One workout isn’t going to keep you strong, one page isn’t going to write a book, one stroke isn’t going to make a painting, one bite isn’t going to make you healthy… BUT when you add up one workout to another one workout to another one workout and so on and so on… that’s when things really come together!
