Good morning! Hope is so powerful and so needed- especially now!
You know, obviously, we’ve been going out just for essentials so very infrequently, but the other night, we needed to go to the pharmacy. As we drove through familiar streets and neighborhoods… they were unrecognizable.
These streets should have been full of people, the restaurants should have been bustling, there should have been more noise… but it was silent, and empty, and it all felt so sad.
That’s when we really have to lean into hope… hope for the future that we’ll build more community through this, that we’ll become closer as families and friends through this, that we’ll learn to rest more and strive less through this… it’s hope, and we have it, and the more we lean in, the stronger it will become!
