Who else is a recovering perfectionist, raise your hand! I mean it can really hold you back, can’t it? Perfectionism leads to anxiety, and anxiety leads to depression, and it ends up being this crazy circle of negative emotions!

It’s much better to take a step, even if you’re not sure, than to wait until the conditions are perfect, because, guess what… they are NEVER going to be perfect! Perfect doesn’t exist! It’s unattainable!
