I’ll give you my take on a healthy lifestyle… I eat healthy most of the time (80%) and I do enjoy some indulgences (20%). That works for me- I don’t feel deprived, I still get awesome results, and I feel good, both physically and about myself!
So if I’m craving something, I ask myself if I really NEED something to eat, if I just need some water and protein, if Shakeology will fix my craving, OR if it’s just a craving I’m going to give into and do some extra squats. I don’t believe in depriving myself entirely, or I know I’ll binge later!
That’s the way I roll.
