I was really beating myself up today about still being sick and not being able to do my full workouts and I realized that in the long run, in the grand scheme of things, a few days of low impact workouts and a few days of no workouts aren’t going to make or break me. Sure, it’s not ideal, but it’s the card I have right now and I have to play it to the best of my ability.

Did some Lower Define PiYo Workout today and really got my sweat on! But it was low impact and I was able to hit pause for a sneeze break, haha! I’m proud of what I can do right now and I know that keeping my body moving is going to be the best move for when I get back into the swing of things!
