Holy guacamole! More The Master’s Hammer & Chisel amazingness today!! I’m previewing before our official group starts so I did Hammer Build-Up and it was amazing!!

It had both Autumn Calabrese and Official Sagi Kalev for a double dose of fun! It actually WAS really fun- 30 minutes flew by!!

But when he said push-ups on the medicine ball, I wasn’t so sure! But here’s proof to NEVER doubt yourself! If I had just decided I couldn’t do it, I never would have!
