Sssshhh…. I’m going to give you a secret to that rounded, lifted butt…. just between us though, of course! It’s deadlifts to work your hamstrings! Do 15 of those and watch your form- only go as low as your back will stay flat!
Then head to the floor for some killer floor work (I mean, my glutes are already sore from just filming this for you!). Do each move for 30 seconds each and if you’re adding the pulse, do that for 30 seconds each as well!
