3 Exercises to Lift Your Boobs

Yep, I’m going to say it… we all could use a little lift for the girls, right? Yes, I’m talking about THOSE girls! I’ve got three exercises for you today that will help you perk those babies up!

My recommendation is to do three rounds of 10 reps each to start. You’ll either be thanking me or cursing me tomorrow, but either way, you’ll remember me!

Don’t have weights? No biggie! Grab two water bottles or your shampoo & conditioner!
