I have just 2 words for you…. Vertical Plyo!
This workout is CRAZY! So much jumping and ladder work. Oh and resting recovery with jump roping! Definitely a full body workout. I was completely drenched in sweat! There were some things that I just can’t do…. yet. Like the scissor kicks I think they were called. That’s mostly a lack of coordination and that will get better with time. I’m totally up for the challenge. It was super fun though! I like working hard! In one of the exercises, Shaun T stops and says, “This is some sh** right here.” Haha! You know it’s hard when he’s saying it’s hard!
If you’ve done P90x, you’re familiar with Hot Foot exercise that’s a part of Plyo. There’s something similar to that in this workout. My calves are already super sore from all the jumping work that I’ve done this week so this was killer today! I definitely felt that intense burn today!
