It’s been a LOOOOOONG time since I strayed from a program designed by Chalene Johnson, but P90x was on my list of MUST DOs so here I am X-ing it up! I really do love it- I’ve found a true love of strength training and really enjoy getting stronger. But in my heart of hearts I’m a true cardio junkie and my addiction was not quite being fed by P90x. Because of that, I have been throwing in some TurboFire workouts as well especially on Yoga X and Stretch X days. Now I feel like I’ve got a really good groove going with the P90x schedule and throwing in some HIIT workouts. I just had to lay it all out there that I am not exclusive with Tony. Chalene will always be a part of my life.
