P90x: Day 4

98 MINUTES OF YOGA?!?!

I was seriously worried about this one because almost 100 minutes of yoga didn’t sound appealing, BUT I’m in this for the long haul and decided I better trust Tony!

All in all, it really wasn’t that bad! In fact, my muscles were so limber and stretched afterwards that it really helped me with the soreness I was feeling from the days before. It’s definitely going to take some work to get the crane and to really dig into the other poses, but I’m really proud of myself. So for anyone else who’s concerned about 98 minutes of yoga, here’s a little peek into the workout:

I’m actually kind of looking forward to Yoga X next week- haha!
