So no joke, I had been the same weight for like 6 months despite working out and eating well…. You know what that means… PLATEAU! That’s kind of a dirty word in the fitness world! But I stayed the course, and really committed to working out, drinking Shakeology, and eating well and this past week I saw HUGE changes! 3.5 pounds down, baby! This really takes me down into my target range and I am so ecstatic! As my friends, I just had to share this with you because I feel so great about myself and I want you to feel that way too! So here’s a little preview of the workout I’ve been doing- gotta share what works with you guys! 🙂

I have been losing weight but recently have been stuck at the same weight for a couple of months. I am glad to hear that you broke through the plateau and hopefully I will too.
I broke my plateau this week too. This is a great Christmas present to ourselves!
