Halloween is coming whether you like it or not and then we’ll be in that downhill slide to Thanksgiving and Christmas! You have to decide if you’re going to gain the usual 15 pounds like the rest of America, or if you want to BE WEIRD and stay healthy this year! I’m definitely NOT saying to not enjoy some candy and some of the treats, but why not save your calories for your absolutely favorites instead of chowing down on everything in sight? That’s my MO- everything in moderation! Here are some of your favorite candies (and mine) and their calorie content as well as what you’d have to do to burn them off- enjoy, just choose wisely!
