Here are the first 5 weeks of a Les Mills Pump/TurboFire Hybrid Schedule that I put together. This has worked really well for me so hopefully it will be useful to you guys! Enjoy!! If there’s a request for it- I’ll work on putting together the other months as well!

looking forward to you sharing the next 5 wks
Looks great! Can’t wait for the rest, on days when you are doing both pump and turbofire are you doing the workouts back to back? Or one in the morning one later in the day? Do you do pump first then turbofire? I am planning on starting this Monday and wanted to be sure I did it in the right order.
I will add the rest soon! 🙂 I always work in a block because that works best for me, but if it works for you to to have two separate workout times, that’s fine too. I recommend doing strength training first always because you’re not tired yet and you will have proper form. Plus, weight training first means bigger calorie burn in the cardio. 🙂
Thanks so much for your quick response. I’ll check back for the rest. Did you get good results with this hybrid? The other one I found online didn’t have flow or hard core abs in it at all.
