I’m going to call these:
SHAKEOLOGY TRUFFLES!
These remind me of those no-bake chocolate, peanut butter, oatmeal cookies, which I LOVE, but without all that sugar and fat. I got this recipe from Chalene Johnson.
INGREDIENTS:
- 8 Tablespoons PB2
- Water to mix with PB2
- 3 Tablespoons Natural Peanut butter- if you can get it with flax seed that’s the best
- ½ Cup Chocolate Shakeology- if you have the individual packets, it’s about 1.5 packets
- 3 Tablespoons Raw Honey
- ½ Cup Quick Oats
DIRECTIONS:
- Mix PB2 with water until it’s a paste like consistency
- Mix in all ingredients together with PB2 mixture together in a mixing bowl- it may take some time to blend all of the ingredients together
- If it’s too sticky, sprinkle in additional Shakeology so that it’s a fairly dry/crumbly texture
- Roll mixture into small individual balls (about a ping-pong ball size) and place on a wax sheet
- Put in freezer until firm
