Team Beachbody recently changed its Meal Plans for Club Members and it is awesome! It asks more specific details about you than it did before which I really like. When it collected my information and goals, it took me to my meal plan. It lays it out very specifically day by day and meal by meal including snacks! It also included Shakeology in there for me which is great. You can track your progress, find recipes, and get help with reading nutrition labels all in one place. You can also select if you want a vegetarian plan and then you can select items that you DON’T want included in your plan. If you really don’t like eggs, you can have excluded from your plan. It also has a link to find recipes! This is all centrally located on your meal plan page. I highly recommend getting a Club Member account and taking advantage of this.
