I think the most common place for people to turn in times of stress is food. I completely understand that. I love that comforting food in times of stress like chocolate, but I hate it after the fact. I’m like “why did I do that?!”. So I try so hard to not do that anymore. I have my slip ups every now and then, but for the most part, I use exercise as my stress relief. It’s amazing the effect that it has on me. There’s nothing better than working out all your frustrations in a fantastic workout.
