It’s rare that I don’t make my own graphic for my morning posts, but I came across this and wanted to share it! Boundaries are SO important and it’s easy for someone else to tell you that yours are not valid. I just wanted to pass this along in case you need some help with setting boundaries for yourself or even what boundaries you need/want to have!
