Happy Monday! If you’re usually one who struggles with anxiety, you may be feeling even more so right now. If you’re someone who never or rarely feels anxious, you may be experiencing it for the first time. Wherever you are with it, I want you to know you’re not alone!
I put together a list of a few of the thoughts that have been going through my head a lot lately and how I’ve been redirecting them. It’s important to acknowledge your feeling, your anxiety, but to find a way to not live there.
