A couple days ago, I made this yogurt bark and let it freeze overnight… I just broke off a piece and YUMMY!!! I thought I’d share this SUPER easy, delicious, and healthy treat with you! Feel free to share to your wall to save it!
Heather’s Frozen Yogurt Bark
Ingredients:
-1 Cup Plain Greek Yogurt
-2-3 tsp Honey (depending on how sweet you like it)
-1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
-1/4 Cup Blueberries
-1 Tbsp 70% Cocoa Dark Chocolate Chips, Roughly Chopped
-1 Tbsp Walnuts, Roughly Chopped
Directions:
1. Line a shallow, air-tight, freezer safe container with wax or parchment paper. (I used an 8 x 11 glass container)
2. In a separate bowl, mix together yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract until completely combined.
3. Pour yogurt mixture over parchment paper and spread into a thin layer.
4. Top with blueberries, chocolate chips, and walnuts.
5. Cover and freeze until solid (4 hours or overnight).
6. Break into pieces and store in freezer.
This recipe works with whatever you might have on hand… almonds, strawberries, coconut flakes… anything goes! Have fun and enjoy this perfect summer treat!
