You Can Do This!

Burn Intervals…. My old nemesis! When I did this program the first time, this was THE hardest workout of the bunch. I never made it all the way through and I wanted to puke or pass out at multiple sections… Hey, just keeping it real!

So today, I was remembering all of that! I had it in my head that I couldn’t do it, that I would puke, that I wasn’t strong enough! I ALMOST let those limiting beliefs stop me from getting my workout done today…

But I told myself… No! You are so much stronger than you were, you’re going to do your best, and whatever you can do is enough!

Was it hard… YES! It’s a kick butt workout, but I made it! I took some pauses and modified at times, but I made it! And puke-free I might add!
