The weekend is almost here!! For most people, the weekend is really tough on their healthy journey- schedules are off, there are parties, people want to get together….
All of that is totally fine, but can really set you back, and you worked hard this week!! I don’t want you to undo it all!
Here are my weekend survival tips:
- Don’t skip your workout. Better yet, get it done early so you can enjoy your day!
- If you’re going out to eat, check the menu online first and pick out some healthier options so you know what to order before you’re tempted.
- Drinking? Make sure you have a glass of water in between each alcoholic beverage. Avoid the super sugary drinks and try switching to sparkling water with fruit!
- Going to a party? Don’t hang out by the food table. Mingle, talk, grab food and walk away from that tempting table.
