Does this sound like you???? Hey, I totally get it!! But that’s why I don’t diet anymore. I have a healthy diet that I can stick to long term! And I don’t deprive myself- if I want that piece of chocolate, I eat it because if I wait and keep thinking about it, I’m going to binge later and have ten pieces!
Your body isn’t meant to be deprived sustenance. That’s why when you do a really low-call diet, you can’t stick to it and you gain all the weight back when you go off of it.
Don’t diet- have a healthy diet!
