So here’s the thing…Thanksgiving is awesome and the food is great- enjoying the day is absolutely wonderful! But… Thanksgiving is NOT where the problems start- it happens when people continue eating on a downward spiral from Thanksgiving until the new year. Don’t be one of those people who gains 10-15 pounds this winter.
TODAY is when you start getting back on track. TODAY is when you decide you’re going to work hard through Christmas and TODAY is when you decide that your health is more important than FOOD!
To help you out, here’s my very own Black Friday Workout! Do each move for 30 seconds and if you’re feeling really crazy, complete the circuit 3 times. If you don’t have weights, use anything around the house like shampoo bottles to give you some resistance, and don’t be afraid to do modified push-ups on your knees- there is NOTHING wrong with that!
