It’s a very common misconception (that drives me nuts) that women bulk up and turn man-like when they lift weights! It’s just not true!
See, we, as women, don’t naturally have the amount of testosterone it would take to bulk up like you see the dudes bulked up!
You may experience some of the side effects listed here, but who would want those anyway…. wink emoticon
