HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training and TurboFire is full of it! Basically the idea is that you work super hard, get into the anaerobic levels, for a shorter period of time and recover aerobically. Not only is this an awesome fat burner, but it’s going to help you burn calories all day as your heart rate is increased and your metabolism is revved throughout the day. It also seriously helps your overall fitness and makes those longer cardio workouts so much more do-able.
