I was the one who hated working out. Running the mile….. just shoot me- please! Get up early to workout? ::groooooan:: Working out on the weekends? “Nah, I’m too busy.” or even “I’m not feeling too well…..” So I get it, I really, really do. It was when it came to necessity for me that I started working out consistently. I mean, it was either that or spend a good chunk of my life in bed…. in pain.
21 Days… That’s how long it took for it to become a habit and something that I could NOT live without. Not only did it help me with my pain, but it was a great way to burn off steam. I was mentally and physically stronger when I was working out consistently and that is now something that I wouldn’t trade for anything.
So I share this with you in hopes that you won’t wait until it’s a necessity for you. Start today and get into a habit of working out. You’re going to feel better, be stronger, treat people more kindly, and think more clearly. If this workout hater, someone who truly dreaded it, can turn it into a HUGE positive in my life, you definitely can!
